Provide Proof
Share clear photographs of the damaged packaging, the invoice, and the specific product batch details to help our quality control team investigate.
Verification Process
Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days to determine if the product is eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
Resolution
Once approved, we will dispatch a fresh replacement bag of your favorite roast or initiate a refund to your original payment method immediately.
